I couldn't get this to work. I tried doing it in a transparent layer then I put in a few normal brush strokes, either way this plugin did not affect anything. I noticed that the brushstrokes "shook" when trying to apply the effect but nothing ever happened. EDIT: Got it to work. Having the default effect as "color tint" definitely confused me for a second.
