Hi all I have this strange issue recently when opening any type of files. When I try to say use the retangle on a picture it gets all corrupted. Here is what I'm talking about https://ibb.co/bK3zR5b I even tried older versions of paint.net same issues. If it helps I'm running an AMD 3700x CPU. Thanks
