It launches I think from the cloud...but it's not on my system! Here is the program folder where it's supposed to be...and it ain't there.

This makes me feel crazy, see the pic, it is not installed!

Since I paid for the program is there a way to get the actual program to install? Or is this like a Github kit?

Microsoft makes a small thing a big hassle...I purchased the program, there was a button to install it, I clicked it, it's not installed, no PAINT.NET folder... I have some dll's to put in the folder but no place to put them.. See the pic, this is all I get, it never completes. ??
