I purchased Paint.net, Order # 6486669939, but it would not download. Instead, the download kept redirecting me to other advertisers. I set up a chat with Windows help and they tried to help. Still, after two different agents tried, neither one could make the download work. I followed all instructions OK'd the payment in good faith expecting to download the product. No resolution, always a download loop and sending me back again to the start. Never received the product. Thank you.
