With https://dotnet.microsoft.com/apps/xamarin it would not be possible to build without too much modifications?

No plan for now but maybe in the future?

 

Maybe I could work on a port myself if that interest you. Is the source open for such ? I never wondered if your project was an open source one.

Hey guys,

I was wondering if in the future there could be a port for Android of Paint.net?

 

I use it a lot (thanks for this awesome tool btw!!) and I am trying to stop using computers and use only smartphones thanks to the desktop mode.

The only problem is that android is missing things on software side. Paint.net is one application that I would love to use there.

 

NOT as a mobile app. But as a desktop app with mouse cursor/window mode. As you can do with Samsung Dex, Huawei EMUI or the newer Android 10.

 

I'm using a Honor-View-20 on a <snip> and it's really a great desktop experience. It's just sad that so many software are still missing...
