One complaint though, when you use the 3Displace on a transparent background it doesn't work.

Wait, now it works?! I restarted paint.net and now it just magically works. Anyways, that was weird. Thanks for attempting to help though. (i know it didnt "magically" work, but a bug probably occurred)
