I've been looking for a text warp for the past few days, but I can't find one that bulges out in the center, like this. Does anyone know how this can be done?

So I am trying to record in paint.net but the windows are not appearing. I assume this is due to the fact they are considered seperate windows from paint.net. Is there a way I can record the windows as well in window capture? (I already contacted streamlabs OBS support.
