With so many amazing plugins available through paint.net,it would be even better with a couple of these ideas. On the internet there are some tutorials on moving optical illusion artworks,how nice would it be to see something like that,via a plugin. https://design.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-create-a-moving-image-optical-illusion--psd-7646 Another idea is a hair styles plugin-i have had some success with adding vertical lines to a hair style and waving the selection,but it is unreliable.

There are lots of amazing plugins but how about someone doing a hands plugin? That would involve adjustable hand parts,eg bones-or matchstick parts would do.Just those features alone would help artists,etc,to compose hand gestures,save them and add them to their other works.Even better would be the ability to add whole fingers/hands,etc.
