    Ive got my version of Paint.net installed on another Drive. So when I open the installer it doesn't pickup an installation of paint.net. I also tried adding the standalone .dll and none of the effects showed up.

    4. Alright so since I already have the most current update of Visual C++ installed the install for that fails. 5. And I ran repair for .NET and still nothing changed when installing.

    Having gone through all the fixes listed in the "INSTALL, UPDATE, OR UNINSTALL TROUBLE? READ THIS." it still is not installing It will run the first part of the install, then the second part flashes and closes. Help would be appreciated dont wanna go back to god forsaken Lunapic
