    I found out this really only happens when the base color is a white color which is really not helpful for me

    When I try to use the Hue / Saturation adjustment, the saturation is automatically set to 100, moving the saturation and trying to use the hue changes the color very slightly. I've reinstalled get paint and the saturation still automatically is set to 100.
