Thanks. I think it found it, but I got the clue from the link you provided. 0=loop and Paint.net has that option.

I already have and AGIF plugin on my Paint.net, and I was able to make and animated GIF. The thing is, I noticed that it is not looping endlessly. How do I make endless loos on animated GIFs?
