I think I don`t have framework in my pc...and I cannot install it.

Honestly I don`t know what to do.Never faced these problems.I have to do everything step by step.

1.SetupResources.dll missing from 1048 directory 2.Returning IDOK. INSTALLMESSAGE_ERROR [The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. Well...I think its downloading in D.I must download in C,right ?
