Hi.
I have always used paint.net without any problems.
This year, with version 4.1.4 and 4.1.5, it began to freeze when I click on file and open.
Can not open the dialog box.
Paint.net gets 27% of the cpu (task pane) while running.
I can use paint.net and just have to go to the task manager and finish it.
Yesterday I uninstalled with revo and installed again and continues to freeze.
