I use paint.net sometimes, but today when I opened it up it asked me if I wanted to update. I chose yes and it successfully updated. However, after this while paint.net was open my monitor would constantly flicker off and on again and paint.net would look glitched. After uninstalling and reinstalling paint.net Nvidia monitor pop-ups would constantly show up even while the program was not open. I uninstalled again and the pop-ups stopped. What could be the problem? I do not know any other good free editors to use so I do not want to fully get rid of paint.net.
Edit: Disabling Hardware Acceleration fixed the issue
