I'm not sure what the correct term is, but how would I take an image like the Nike logo for example and make the swoosh part glitter, not like a gif, just an image that looks sparkly? I want to take our company logo and make part of it red glittery for Christmas. Not sure what tools or even the name to accomplish this. Hope this makes sense. Thank you.
