What directory do you put that plug-in in?

I saw that plug-in and read the info on the controls. It wasn't really apparent exactly how I would do what I need. I guess I shall install it and try it out.

Well I can get something very close to second line by first drawing a solid line in the smaller color and then drawing a dashed line over it in the bigger color. It's a bit of work but will get me where I need to be.

Hi, I have been searching for a way to do lines like the attached picture, where the line width, first color (green below), second color (red below), widths of each color type, and whether the ends are straight or diagonal are adjustable. The stock line tool has a drop down for "Fill" but the fixed options are just not sufficient. Is there a plug-in that is close to what I'm looking for that I've just missed in my searches here? Thanks.
