Hi, I am using version 4.1.1, but I had this problem with previous versions, in the last few months. I have W10 and a Network Phaser 6125. Word, Sumatra PDF, XnView, Irfan View print flawlessly, while Adobe DC Reader and Paint.NET behave like this: Printing starts, get all the dialogs, the printing progress bar goes halfway, the printer icon appears in the task bar, with 1 document pending and... program closes with no errors, printer icons goes back to 0 jobs pending and nothing gets printed. Any ideas on what I could try? I have setup the printer to print directly, no spooling, because I used to get double copies of everything, but this setting does not bother any other program.
