I ran into a problem while trying to draw on my Microsoft Surface. When using a mouse, I was able to draw small lines no problem. When using the pen, or touching the screen with my finger it wouldn't recognize that I was trying to draw until I moved some distance away from the initial touch point. Because of this I can't draw small lines with the surface pen. All my lines start off with a straight segment, after which it follows the pen no problem. This doesn't occur in other applications like Microsoft paint. I'm not sure if this is a bug or some sort of weird feature. If it's some sort of touch only setting, can I turn it off?
