Riguez

Hi folks. Relative newbie here. My niece posted an iphone pic of me nephews and nieces, but it has glare on it (the faces most importantly). I have tried noise reduction, contrast etc. I want to piss about so it's as realistic as possible. Below is crop of the worst bit. Any help is VERY gratefully received. ? Cheers.
