here,my bad,i thought i inserted it on the other post,and by gallery i mean Windows Live Gallery,sorry again,i tried to open from it,and then this happened

Yesterday,paint.net was working just fine and all good,but today,right after i opened the gallery window,suddenly my image had gone with a weird static,is tehre any way to fix this? why did this happen?
