I got it to fix by looking at a similar post about this. Thanks A-lot for pointing out what's wrong

Yep, it did crash when I installed Windows 10 but I'm not pretty sure because I was off to my vacations for awhile so when I came back my PC got updated to the latest Windows 10 Version and suddenly it didn't start working. As far as the Nvidia part, my drivers are fully updated to the latest version possible for my graphics card.

Dear Viewers, So I've been using paint.net for almost like 4 years updating and maintaining everything required for paint.net as this is the only software where I could edit my artwork and very handy. Now coming to the point when I click on Paint.net it loads and crashes up right after I open it, I've reinstalled the .NET Framework + used the handy-dandy tool provided by Paint.net at its file location and I've restarted my computer too. Now I'm literary stuck on what I should do after this. It would be better if you could reply to me ASAP as it would help me save my time in researching all over the web for a fix.
