  1. Hi everyone, thanks for all the helpful replies. Yes, my Windows is up to date on the latest Win10 April 2018 release (version 1803, I believe it is). I was actually on the Windows Insider program for a while, which is when the problem started to occur, but now I'm on a final release, and the issue persists. I'm in the process of download and updating my drivers, will report back once it's done.
  2. Hey everybody, first time posting here so excuse my likely apparent idiocy. I've been using paint.net for years as my image editing program of choice, but as of recently I cannot use it due to it crashing every time I start it up. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the program, reinstalled Windows (a couple of times), which didn't help, and I've emailed the crashlog4@getpaint.net address two times with a copy of the crash log with no response/fix. A couple of paint.net updates have been released during the time I've had this issue so I am sure it's not the program itself, but I can't figure out what I need to do. So as a final resort I came here, where I stumbled upon the thread "Scan your Crashlog for common solutions" where I was redirected to this subforum due to the lack of obvious solutions. I would like some help with the issues I am having that prevent me from using the program, because I desperately need it for work and cannot be bothered to take the time to study another image editor.
