When I press Ctrl+Shift+F, the little lading circle shows up on the tip of my mouse, then stops, and nothing happens. When I did what you said, the same thing happened.

Even when I press Ctrl+Shift+F, it doesn't work. It loads for a second then stops.

OK, I get what your saying, but I can't get the image on the second layer. When I do, it shows the image on the top of the screen in it's own little box. When I make a new layer, and insert it there, it does the same thing.

When I press Ctrl-F, it doesn't work. I'm trying to make one layer under the other, because the other layer is transparent in some places.

How do I mash the layers together?

Umm... So I saved an image on my computer and I wanna insert it, but I don't know how. I'm a noob, and I just installed Paint.net, so please help me.
