hello forum i have a question not sure if it has been asked before but, is there a plugin for paint.net that i can freehand crop an image making my own shape instead of the rectangle cropping tool as to where i can draw around the the things i want to crop out of my images? and is easy to install and understand for a beginner? thank you in advance Bummer

hello forum I want to cut out a figure from one image a put it in another image the first image is of Herman Munster holding a pc game in one hand and the main character from the game in the other. I want to know if paint.net has ability to do this? I will also post the two images I'm talking about first is the Herman Munster image. and the second is the image I want to remove the background and just have the character in the image to place in Herman Munster's left hand.I hope I explained what I want to do correctly and that there is a plugin that will allow me to do this? thank you forum
