    Hello, Windows Defender is not active. I also disabled Symantec Endpoint Protection. And concerning the folder .net framework is installed (C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET), it seems I have permissions to reading/writing.

    Hello, I'm not being able to install this new version of Paint.net. I think is due to the required .net framework 4.7.1. I'm having some permission issues that doesn't come up in other applications. Is it possible to perform any workaround? Regards
