Pasted image keeps cutting off, help

Ok, so I upgraded to 4.0.21 and now it works. Thank you! -
Whenever I paste in an image into my canvas and it seems to be too large, I click "Keep canvas size" and when I try to resize the image it cuts off the edge of it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help, thanks.
