    Please help! "System error PaintDotNet.exe Program cannot be started because of missing D3DCOMPILER_47.dll on your computer. Resolve this problem by reinstalling the program" Only thing what is working is, remove the Microsoft update (KB4040973). Reinstalling, repairing or removing the program is not even possible. Any idea what to do?
