Dear Paint.Net! It seems to get the incorrect: Absolute Date & Time Stamps (or) Zone - when: Creat / Modify / Save / Save-as Pics (Not-Auto changing Time-zone?). It causes wrong Sorting / Reference (in Data-base / Drive / Cloud, etc.) later. Please take a look at that. Thanks!
