WORKED LIKE A DREAM! Thank you so much (4-/12 yrs after your post!). Files are Olympus ORF from an OMD EM10-II. I prefer to use an old XP machine for working on my photos (v. clean, fast, maxed out RAM), and so I'm running V3.5.11 and avoiding the update offers! Thanks again.
