Just did some research on why it didn't install correctly. I noticed that there was a green line around the installer. Searched it up and apparently it's Comodo Cloud Antivirus' Sandbox installing bloody potato. Anyways, thanks for the help.

I'm using an Intel Core i5-4460 on Windows 10. I also tried reinstalling but nothing helped.

I'm not sure what's going on. I just updated paint.net but I can't use it.
