  1. I have a Surface 4 with a dock and external Monitors. There is a problem due to the Windows 10 screen scaling. On the Surface4 screen, the tools reset to the proper location. However when resetting the tools location on the external monitor, you get the attached image. The Tool windows also won't snap and stay with the main window at all on the external monitor and when trying to "Snap" them in place they disappear completely. If docked on the Surface screen then transferred to the external monitor they tend to stay, which brings me to the 3rd issue below. Tool windows, even on the Surface main screen do not want to stay docked to the outside of the paint window and travel with the main paint window. They "Snap" to location, but when you move the main window, several refuse to travel with it. See screenshot. Considering those tool windows that are docked on the right; If I expand the main window to the right to make it wider, the tool windows stay where they were. I would expect them to move to the right.
