Yeah it worked before but now it no longer works unless I click and highlight the value then use the scroll wheel. I used to be able to just hover over it and change it.

So, in previous versions I was able to use my scroll wheel to change the brush size, font, and font size. I can no longer do this after updating to Windows 10 Insider Preview 14936. Is there a way to fix this/re-enable it, or is it because of Windows?
