Though, now I keep getting fatal error during installation and no pop up to tell me what it's about.

It couldn't find anything to do with paint.net, but I did some searching around in my registry and found some registry entries.

When trying to install, it come up with "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable." And it says that PaintDotNet_x64_818245437 is missing and to provide a file location.
