Hello Forum! I just downloaded paint.net a few times on a windows vista laptop (its not mine), it worked well untill need to start it from winrar. It always says Windows 7 Sp1 pr higher need, even I already used to start the program. To start the program I always have to open it in the winrar folder and reinstall it every single time... Can someone help me?????
