It worked! thanks a lot I've been lookin for this on a lot of sites that just were promoting their useles "windows fixer"

So I tried to open paint.net but after installing ad running Avast antivirus CCleaner and MalwareBytes as i was having a lot of problems with my computer. Paint.Net didn't open anymore showing some dll error so i uninstalled it and now when i try to install it it show me this window. (notice that it's in spanish, i'm Chilean) I hope you can help guys! Thanks!
