I tried turning off the anti virus, and it still didn't work.

I'm using avast. and i use ccleaner to clean storage when needed

I constantly get this error when I try to reinstall paint.net. http://prntscr.com/bnqj64 This started to happen when I tried to open paint.net a few days ago. Any ideas on how to fix? Thank you!
