okay that's what i did. and thank you ReMake for linking the correct pack

there is not a single ".dll" in the entire folder. everything in there is ".cs" and wont work. and if it is working, i cant locate it

guess i'll be the one to ask. where does this pack even go for it to work at all? because it clearly doesn't go in the effects folder
