    Hello, I have been using Paint.net 4.0.9 on my (now broken) laptop, and i have bought a PC, the problem is that I cannot add the latest version of paint.net to my computer since it had no SP1, I tried updating, restarting, all of that, and it still did not work, I cannot download 3.5.11 since my anti-virus strictly does not want me to download it, any help?
