  1. You are correct! We were pushing an older version of .Net and upgrading seemed to do the trick. Thanks much!
  2. We've been pushing out 4.0.5 in our enterprise. I decided to update our installers to 4.0.9. I run the command paint.net.4.0.9.install.exe /Createmsi DESKTOPSHORTCUT=0 CHECKFORUPDATES=0 QUEUENGEN=1. This runs fine and creates the two MSI installers. However, when I try to install the x64 version silently with the command PaintDotNet.msi /passive /norestart /qb REBOOT=ReallySuppress, the installer begins to run and then I get the error "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." I recreated the 4.0.5 MSI's for the sake of testing and they worked fine.
