    I love Paint.Net. Thanks for it. But this problem is in 4.0.17 still. Very inconvenient issue. Programming solution is very simple though.

    Hello! I often create new layers with mode=Overlay, opacity=100, etc. Is it possible to write a plugin that only creates a layer with such properties (or uses layer templates)? Is it possible to add a shortcut key for plugin?
