    I keep seeing, "resized by **plugin 2.16.7" and "paint.net 4.*.*. Is there a way to stop that? thanks

    OK thanks for the fast answers. I'm running 6 cores, 16gb ram and a 2gb 280x....hopefully enough the move a picture, lol.

    When I move images, they get all blocky and messed up. Its like little squares on a elastic or something. Is that normal? thanks
