Try disable your antivirus. (Edit by Rick: no, that is a very very very bad suggestion) Antivirus can place downloaded file immediately to carantin without any questions to you (some AV default options). OR open your antivirus, go to carantin menu and choose your zip-file, click "not a virus" or "restore" or "recovery" or something like that.
