    To add more info, in the History box, 'cut' appears however the selection is most definitely NOT cut out.

    I just upgraded to 4.0.9 and the Lasso Select function seems to have changed. I want to lasso select part of the image, then cut it out, turn the rest of the image black and white, then paste the coloured original selection back in. I used to be able to do this easily in the previous version. Now after I have created the lasso selection, I press CTRL+X and nothing happens. Has this function changed?
