I get this pop up when I try to open paint dot net. I don't know what it wants me to do or how to do it.

I have a really cool picture that I want to put on a shirt but it has to have a transparent background. It has a grey background that is also in tiny places between feathers that I can't remove with magic wand. Is there a plug-in that can do this? I used to have alpha space (which I loved) but my computer crashed and I haven't been able to get it to work again. I'm not sure that would work on grey, anyway.

okay, now it's not responding at all, just freezing when i open paint.net. I restarted my computer but it didn't make any difference. i'm going to go back to my previous version of win10 and see if that helps.

no, I haven't for quite awhile. I did update windows 10 recently though.

for some reason when I try to use the program I can open the adjustments tab and use anything in it but the effects tab won't open at all. it's a new problem (last few days) but it is very frustrating. Is there something I'm overlooking?
