Rick Brewster, Reinstalling the VC++2015 redistributables solved the problem. Some problems with other programs got solved also. The redistributables were initially installed as a part of Visual Studio Communtity edition.. and must have been corrupted :s Thanks for your fast help.

4.0.9 won't install During install I get this warning (the progress bar first runs to the end and then the warning comes up) Any ideas?
