Thank you! I tried that, but it just gives me the dotted lines, not the drag/toggle 'handles'. I was using that to resize just fine and now it will not come up.

I too have a resizing question. I am taking old tiny photographs and enlarging them. I did about 6 of them and it was a breeze! Now all of a sudden, the 'resizing tool' (the blue dotted resizing square/rectangle) around my picture will not come up! I have tried everything but cannot seem to find that tool. Please help!
