I make a selection, make text with plugin there - but I can't move the selection with text to adjust it - it just saves text instantly over the image

I mean the ones I choose from after pushing save button http://www.beamng.com/attachments/selection1-png.6234/

I tried to save an image it looks like it didn't recognize which alpha save setting it was saved with (cuz default options game me visually different result), I thought it was easy to look into alpha propertie but I didn't find a way in paint.net for this. Is there a way? I want to save alpha of an image exactly how it was at the start.
