Unmercyful

Hello all. I am new to paint.net and to pixel editing. I am trying to create my own autotiles in RPG Maker MV and was wondering if someone could point me to right direction in a way making the autotiles blend. I have searched web and I think that photoshop has an option to that effect but I really want to learn to use paint.net. Any help is much appreciated.
