  1. Very detailed pixel art @CsyeCok The Soldier. To quote Welshblue, Well done!
  2. Those are so great @Vagabondi! They all brought me joy. Love 'Ship That Passes In The Night'. All of them make me miss the beach. 😒 Prob won't be going this year...I'll just buy a kiddie pool for the back yard... πŸ˜†
  3. Thank you @Djisves for the rep! Are you going to try and make 'shapes'? 😊
  4. Thank you everyone! πŸ€— I thought all the mice were done very nicely. Great work from everybody. Thank you for hosting @Pixey!
  5. Both of them are great @Djisves! I do love using my own PDN-made textures, too! Ming dynasty or Djisves dynasty?? 😁
  6. Looks cool @Djisves! 😁 And shiny, too! It makes very respectable 'chrome'. To hide text or an image: highlight it and press the 'eye' button. Tooltip is 'spoiler'.
  7. Thank you so much @Djisves! I'm glad you enjoyed the tutorial. Yes, resizing took a little something away from it, but it is still very good. And I can never say how much I love Blurblend. I use it almost all the time. Looking forward to the next version! 😊
  8. The theme this week is – "Anything Flowers!" Chosen by ( @welshblue SOTW #220 winner) This week you're challenged to design and create a signature that contains β€˜Anything Flowers!’. Examples can be viewed here. The deadline for entries is 2:00 pm (EST) 7:00 pm (UK time) on Saturday, June 6th, 2020. To see how that equates to other countries, here is a link to the World Time Competition Rules Max dimensions are 500 x 200. Please NOTE: The forum limits signatures to 500 x 150, if it is too large do not try to use it as your regular signature. Please keep your signature family-friendly. Please keep to the theme that has been set. You may modify or replace your image until the deadline! Don’t violate copyright laws with found images; links to source images would be courteous. Your entry must be made using Paint.net; please don't use an outside image editor and try passing it off as PDN work. There are three entries per entrant allowed. Don’t add links to larger versions of your signature. Your entry should be voted on based on the size laid out in rule #1. Please keep larger versions of your work for your gallery. Signatures may be either horizontal or vertical. The winner of the current SOTW gets to choose the subject for the next competition. Good luck all and thank you in advance for entering. Thanks to - chrisco97, Sozo, TheHowler, Nitenurse79, Chimay, DrewDale & Pixey for keeping this comp going in the past. Previous comps have included the following topics as listed Here compiled by MJW. This list will perhaps assist future winners with a theme. This thread is for posting your entries only. If you want to talk about any of the entries, you can do so in the discussion thread found here.
  9. Nice comparison images @Vagabondi The versatility of all these plugins still amazes me... ☺️
  10. Congratulations to the winners! 1st Place: is @welshblue with 7 votes 2nd Place: is @lynxster4 with 6 votes 3rd Place: is @Pixey with 5 votes Great entries from everyone! All the pasta looked good enough to eat! πŸ˜„
  11. The Poll is now open for β€˜Pasta Shape/s’. It will be closed on Saturday, May 23rd, 2020 – 2:00 pm (EST) and 7:00 pm (UK time). World Clock. Thank you, everyone, for your beautiful entries. May the best win!
  12. @Foxxey Try Red ochre's Furblur. It's a large UI, but I'm sure you'll find the right settings.
  13. Ha! @Vagabondi! These are great! I feel like I really am in the 'Wild, Wild West'! Fantastic job on all! I can smell the cigar smoke in the 'Poker Room'. I've said it many times already; you are so imaginative! Love them all... 😍
  14. That's what I do, welshy, so I can move it around! πŸ˜‹ Sure, get a bird...what's one more mouth to feed? πŸ™ƒ (what does the upside-down face even mean?)
  15. Thank you @Eli! When I read your comment, I hoped you were talking about maybe goose, pheasant, etc...not parrots! πŸ˜† I had a few parakeets growing up; one always sat on my shoulder and gave me 'kisses'. Thank you @Pixey! I like the 2nd one, also. The first one was done as a stained glass piece. Thank you @Vagabondi! Since you are getting familiar with ShapeMaker, let me tell you this shape has over 300 paths. It was daunting... and I wanted to show off the background...100% PDN, made into a seamless tile. I am still working on more shapes for my pack...(I seem to be obsessed...) πŸ˜‹
  16. Probably. I'm still playing with @BoltBait's Object Shadow Pro. Haven't devoted a lot of time to it yet. You do need to play around with the settings quite a bit. I was being 'wild and daring'! (haha) I'll get the hang of it! Thank you for the lovely comments, welshy!
  17. Hope everyone is still well! Haven't really done much in PDN while I was off for 6 weeks. πŸ™„ Opted to spring clean my home instead. Got lots done...yeah! This piece is based on a shape I was working on back in January and February...finally finished it. I have two versions...can't decide which I like better. I present Parrot Paradise Hope you enjoy them! 😊 (Both are clickable)
  18. Congrats @welshblue, @Pixey and @yellowman! Great entries from all. Thank you for hosting, Pixey!
  19. @$5footslong...thanks for the great presets! I played all morning with them. They really go well with some of the 'STYLIZE' plugins for making backgrounds.
  20. I find it super ironic that you played with StickMan. When I got @ANONYMISS's reply early this morning about the SOTW topic, I immediately thought of using StickMan as a guide to what I made. πŸ˜† Great minds think alike?... πŸ€” I had fun playing with it, too. Thanks @Ego Eram Reputo! πŸ€ͺ
  21. @welshblue... YOU HAVE WAY TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR HANDS! 🀣 I love it! 😍
  22. Quite a different look @$5footslong. The 'ink' looks like they were printed in a newspaper. Very nice!
