  1. @LoudSilence Your SOTW entry only has 2 numerals in it. I asked for this: Use at least three numerals creatively! per Welshblue's instructions. Can you please modify it? Thank you.
  2. The theme this week is – "Numerals" Chosen by ( @welshblue SOTW #225 winner) This week you're challenged to design and create a signature that incorporates ‘Numerals’. To see how that equates to other countries, here is a link to the World Time Competition Rules Max dimensions are 500 x 200. Please keep to the theme that has been set. You may modify or replace your image until the deadline! Don’t violate copyright laws with found images; links to source images would be courteous. Your entry must be made using Paint.net; please don't use an outside image editor and try passing it off as PDN work. There are three entries per entrant allowed. Thanks to - chrisco97, Sozo, TheHowler, Nitenurse79, Chimay, DrewDale & Pixey for keeping this comp going in the past. Previous comps have included the following topics as listed Here compiled by MJW. This list will perhaps assist future winners with a theme. This thread is for posting your entries only. 3. Here are the winners as the images voted on stand: 1st Place: is @welshblue with 7 votes 2nd Place: is @nitenurse79, @Reptillian and @welshblue with 6 votes each 3rd Place: is @Seerose, @lynxster4 and @BoltBait with 5 votes each That being said, I just noticed that @Red ochre's entries were not included in the poll! (and nobody else noticed either...) I went back through the discussion thread and found this: Reptillian said Strange? - they show up for me in Firefox, Edge & Chrome. When I assembled the poll, the images apparently weren't showing up, and I omitted them. @Red ochre please accept my apologies, I should have double-checked. Does anyone have any objections to giving Red first place? Please reply in the SOTW Discussion thread. I will wait to hear from you all. EDIT: Welshy has no problem with me awarding Red first place. Congrats @Red ochre!! And again, sorry 'bout that...

  8. @Pixey The Topic name got changed to 'Star" instead of 'Texture Shader'. Thought you might like to know. @AdamWhite, use @MJW's Texture Smoother found here, before using Texture Shader.
  9. These are great pieces @Rico285! @Pixey called it. I can't even remember what I was doing in 1993....I like the second one a lot. Bravo!

  12. Congratulations to the winners! 1st Place: is @welshblue with 7 votes 2nd Place: is @welshblue with 6 votes 3rd Place: is @Pixey and @Djisves with 5 votes each Great entries from everyone! Outstanding!
  13. Very nice @LionsDragon! Looking at it at the size you posted, reminds me of a standing in a forest, looking up at treetops.
  14. Here's an alternate way @Laceydesigns: @Djisves, I used your butterfly outline (hope you don't mind). I colored the shape a lighter pink than what is shown on the secondary color. I proceeded to use the step outline above. I believe I used 11 contours on the Contour plugin. You'll have to play with the sliders to get something you like best. You can lighten the edge shading if it's too dark. Hope this, also, helps. Welcome to the forum.
